加氢精制-临氢降凝组合工艺在柴油加氢装置上的应用

         

摘要

Hydrotreating - hydrovisbreaking combination process was applied in a 140 x 104 t/a diesel oil hydrogenation unit. The industrial application showed that during the first period of product, crude gasoline, -20* refined diesel and the total liquid yield was 18. 70% , 82.00% , 100.70% respectively under the condition of the first reactor temperature 290 ℃ , the cool high - pressure separator pressure 6.5 Mpa. After the unit running a year,the catalyst performance was stable,the product distribution was reasonable, the total liquid yield was 100.77%. Compared with the crude oil, the sulfur (nitrogen) content and gel point in product decreased obviously.%加氢精制-临氢降凝组合工艺应用于140万t/a柴油加氢装置上.工业应用表明,生产初期,以- 20#精制柴油为目的产物,在第1反应器温度为290℃,冷高压分离罐压力为6.5 MPa的条件下,粗汽油收率为18.70%,精制柴油收率为82.00%,总液收率为100.70%.装置运行1 a后,催化剂性能较为稳定,产品分布较合理,总液收率达到100.77%.与原料油相比,产物中硫(氮)含量和凝点均明显降低.
