The adsorbent for removing sulfur was prepared by dipping molecular sieve in the Cu salt solution which had equal volume with the sieve,and its desulfidation capability from liquefied petroleum gas ( LPG) were evaluated in a fixed bed and an industrial side device. The results obtained from fixed bed showed that sulfide breakthrough capacity of the adsorbent reached 6. 20% when the sulfide content in LPG was 1 200 mg/m3 . The results obtained from industrail side device showed that the adsorbentcould decrease the content of the sulfide in LPG to below 1 mg/m at ambient temperature, reaction pressure of 1.0 Mpa and space velocity of 0. 5 h-1 when the sulfide content in feedstock ranged from 199 mg/m3 to 558 mg/m3. The adsorbent regenerated for two times could still keep the sulfide content below 1 mg/m3 in 278 hours continous running.%采用等体积浸渍法,以分子筛为载体,经Cu盐改性后制备出吸附脱硫剂,并在实验室固定床吸附脱硫评价装置及工业侧线评价装置上,分别考察了所制备吸附剂对液化石油气( LPG)中硫化物的脱除能力.固定床吸附脱硫评价实验结果表明,当原料LPG中的总硫含量为1 200 mg/m3,该吸附剂的穿透硫容达6.20%.工业侧线试验结果表明,在吸附温度为环境温度、吸附压力为1.0 MPa、吸附空速为0.5h-1的工艺条件下,当原料LPG中的硫含量从190 mg/m3至558 mg/m3波动时,该吸附剂能将LPG中的硫含量降至1 mg/m3以下;吸附剂经2次再生后,连续运行278 h时,净化后LPG中的硫含量仍小于1 mg/m3.
