工艺条件对BmimBr-AlCl3催化1-丁烯齐聚产物分布的影响

         

摘要

The effects of temperature, catalyst level,pressure and time on the distribution of 1 - butane oligomers polymerized with the catalyst of ionic liquid [ Bmim] Br- AlCl3 were investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of temperature 20 - 60 ℃, catalyst level 1 - 4 g, pressure 0.04 - 0.12 MPa and time 1 - 3 h, the oligomerized products mostly consisted of trimer, tetramer and pentamer, among them tetramer was the most and dimmer was the least, its mass fraction was less than 10%.%以离子液体[Bmim]Br-AICI3为催化剂,研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应压力及反应时间对1-丁烯齐聚液相产物分布的影响.结果表明,在反应温度为20-60℃,催化剂用最为1-4 g,反应压力为0.04-0.12 MPa,反应时间为1-3 h条件下,齐聚产物以三聚体、四聚体和五聚体为主,四聚体含量最多,二聚体含量最少,其质量分数小于10%.
