The technical feature and essential points of vacuum deep cut operation were described for the 8 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Changling Branch of SINOPEC.The full-packed vacuum column was used,0.5 MPa steam was passed into its bottom and vacuum furnace tubes through 8 lines at the flow of 1 t/h,a distributor was set at the inlet of the column,the bottom temperature was controlled to 358-362 ℃ by quench oil,and the column pressure was regulated to below 2.0 kPa by 2 step steam-1 step liquid ring vacuum pump system.Under the aforementioned operating conditions,the rate of crude oil distillate was increased,and the content of light component invacuum residue was decreased.%介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司长岭分公司800万t/a常减压蒸馏装置减压塔深拔操作的技术特点和操作要领.采用全填料减压塔,向减压塔注入压力为0.5 MPa的蒸汽,分8路向减压炉管中注入0.1 t/h蒸汽,在进料口设置进料分配器,用急冷油将塔底温度控制为358～362℃,采用2级蒸汽-1级液环泵抽真空系统将减压塔压力控制为小于2.0 kPa等深拔操作措施后,拔出率提高,减渣中轻组分含量下降.
