乙烯淤浆聚合JK-1催化剂的工业应用

             

摘要

The industrial application of JK - 1 catalyst for ethylene slurry polymerization was conducted and compared with home - made catalyst BCH in a high density polyethylene ( HDPE ) unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that using JK - 1 , the main process parameters , such as reaction temperature, were stable and controllable,and the operation was smooth. The solid mass fraction in mother liquor was less than 5.2 g/rnL, the catalyst activity [ m ( HDPE ) /m ( catalyst) ] reached up to 21.9 kg/g,the melt flow rate varied in a relatively narrow range of 0. 093 -0. 114 g/min. And the catalyst JK - 1 based HDPE powders were obtained with density fluctuation range of 0. 950 9 -0. 952 0 g/cm , average bulk density of 0. 368 g/ cm and average particle size of 354 μm.%考察了JK-1催化剂在中国石油大庆石化公司淤浆聚合高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置上的应用情况并与BCH催化剂进行了比较.结果表明,使用JK-1催化剂反应温度平稳可控,生产过程稳定,重要工艺参数可控;母液固含量小于5.2 g/L;催化活性[m(HDPE)/m(催化剂)]高达21.9 kg/g;聚合期间熔体流动速率变化范围窄,仅为0.093 ~0.114 g/min;使用JK-1催化剂可获得密度波动范围为950.9~952.0 kg/m3,平均堆密度为0.368 g/cm3,平均粒径为354 μm的HDPE颗粒.
