DSO-M催化剂组合工艺在催化裂化汽油加氢装置设计中的首次应用

         

摘要

介绍了中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司60万t/a催化裂化(FCC)汽油加氢改质工业试验装置的设计思路及运行情况.结果表明,先将FCC汽油分割为轻、重2种馏分,然后使用DSO及M催化剂对重馏分进行二段加氢,再与碱洗脱硫醇的轻馏分调和,使FCC汽油的质量获得升级,可获得含硫质量分数小于50×10-6,硫醇质量分数小于10×10-6的精制汽油;处理后汽油的研究法辛烷值损失小于0.7;装置的液体收率不小于99.0%;装置的设计综合能耗为1 036.36 MJ/t,实际运行时综合能耗为901.2 MJ/t.%The design ideas and the operation of a 600 kt/a industrial test unit for fluidized - bed catalytic cracking ( FCC ) gasoline hydrogenation were introduced. In the combination process,FCC gasoline was cut into heavy and light fractions, the heavy fraction was treated in two - stage hydrogenation using DSO and M catalysts respectively, followed by the blending of hydrogenated heavy fraction and alkali washing - demercaptanned light fraction. The results showed that the refined gasoline with the mass frac-rntion of sulfur less than 50 × 10 , the mass fraction of mercaptan less than 10 × 10 was obtained,and the loss of research octane number was less than 0. 7 units after the treatment. The liquid yield of the unitrnwas no less than 99. 0% . And the designed total energy consumption for the unit was 1 036.36 MJ/t,and the practical value was 901.20 MJ/t.
