焦化柴油氧化脱硫脱氮工艺条件优化

             

摘要

研究了工艺条件对焦化柴油氧化萃取脱硫脱氮效果的影响.结果表明,氧化体系选用双氧水溶液(H2O2质量分数为30%)和甲酸,以磷钨酸为催化剂,以糠醛为萃取剂,在氧化温度为70℃,恒温回流搅拌时间为60 min,V(氧化体系)/V(焦化柴油)为0.4,V(甲酸)/V(双氧水溶液)为0.5,磷钨酸用量为0.20 g/L,采用二级萃取的优化工艺条件下,可将焦化柴油中硫的质量分数由817.563×10-6降至45.613×10-6,氮质量分数由734.577×10-6降至13.620×10-6.%The oxidative desulfurization and denitrification of coker diesel was conducted by two -stage extraction with hydroperoxide ( the mass fraction of H2O2 30% )and formic acid as oxidant , phos-photungstic acid as catalyst, furfural as extractant, and the influence of process condition on the desulfurization and denitrification was investigated. The results showed that under the optimal condition of V(oxidant)/V(coker diesel) 0. 4, V( formic acid)/rnV( hydroperoxide )0. 5 ,phosphotungstic acid 0. 20 g/ L, oxidation temperature 70 ℃ and oxidation time 60 min, the sulfur mass fraction in the coker diesel decreased from 817.563 × 10-6 to 45.613 × 10-6, and the nitrogen mass fraction from 734.577 × 10 -6 to 13.620×10-6.
