Hostalen工艺生产聚乙烯管材料的工艺改进

         

摘要

The pilot production of polyethylene (PE) pipe material of 100 grade was carried out in a 0.3 Mt/a Hostalen low pressure slurry process plant with Avant Z 501 catalyst made by Lyondellbasell Company of Germany.Through adopting countermeasures such as adding a filter in catalyst feeding system,optimizing the catalyst homogenization process and adjusting the production formula and process parameters etc,the deviation of catalyst feeding rate was controlled at ± 1 kg/h,the catalyst activity increased from 20.0 t/kg to 23.5 t/kg,the relative molecular weight distribution index of polymer increased from 25.50 to 29.44,the degree of crystallinity increased from 61.7% to 78.5%,and the 1-butene comonomer distribution was more uniform,the molecular chain was more structure.d,so the mechanical properties and processing properties of the resin product were improved.%利用德国Lyondellbasell公司生产的Avant Z 501催化剂,在30万t/a Hostalen低压淤浆工艺聚乙烯(PE)装置上进行了PE 100级管材料的试生产.通过采取对催化剂进料系统增设过滤器,优化催化剂均化过程,调整生产配方及工艺参数等措施,使催化剂进料速率偏差控制在±1 kg/h,活性由20.0 t/kg提高至23.5 t/kg,聚合物的相对分子质量分布指数由25.50增大至29.44,结晶度由61.7%增大至78.5%,共聚单体1-丁烯的分布更加均匀,链段更加规整,改善了树脂产品的力学性能与加工性能.
