油浆泵电流高的原因分析及解决措施

     

摘要

分析了中国石油兰州石化公司300万t/a重油催化裂化联合装置分馏系统的油浆泵电流过高的原因,并采取了相应解决措施.结果表明:油浆泵壳体冲蚀,油浆固含量升高,沉降器旋流式快分分离效率下降是造成油浆泵电流超高的主要原因.通过对磨损冲蚀的泵壳体进行激光熔铸修复,油浆外甩量由12 t/h提高至20 t/h以上,顶旋线速度由20.6 m/s提高至21~22 m/s等措施,油浆泵电流由最高95 A下降至80 A以下.%The reasons of high current value were analyzed in the slurry oil pump of distillating system in a 3 Mt/a residual fluid catalytic cracking integrat-ed unit,PetroChina, and corresponding measures were proposed.The results showed that the high cur-rent value of slurry oil pump was due to eroded shell of slurry oil pump,higher solid content of slurry oil, and decreased separation efficiency of vortex quick separator of depressor. After repairing the eroded shell by laser melt -casting technology,slurry dis-charging increased from 12 t/h to above 20 t/h, speed of top spin line rose from 20.6 m/s to 21 -22 m/s,and current value of slurry oil decreased from the highest 95 A to lower than 80 A.
