高效动力波洗涤-喷淋塔湿法脱硫技术在催化装置的应用

摘要

This paper introduces the application of efficient dynawave scrubber-spray towerwet desulfurizationtechnology for the first time in the dust-removal and desulfurization equipment of 0.5Mt /A catalytic cacking Unit,Yongping Oil Refinery of Shaanxi Yanchang Oil Group. The technological process is simple,mature and reliable. With this process,it shows that the evident effect of desulfuring effiency was more then 99.84% and dust remocal was more then 96.34%.%“高效动力波洗涤+喷淋塔湿法脱硫”技术首次在陕西延长石油集团有限责任公司永坪炼油厂50万吨/年催化裂化装置脱硫除尘单元应用。该技术工艺流程简单、操作方便、技术成熟可靠程度高，对催化裂化烟气脱硫除尘效果明显，脱硫率达99.84%，除尘率达到96.34%。
