非螺纹防松深水卡爪式连接器安装过程研究

         

摘要

The collet connector introduced in this paper is an important component for connecting subsea pipeline and other subsea production facilities,which is composed by hub,collet hub and running tool.The locking principle of the connector is analyzed in terms of the requirements of locking after the connector seal loaded.The friction self-locking of collet hub and the new type unthread locking system are designed as well.In addition,the connector installation adaptability of angle redundancy and radial redundancy are analyzed to obtain the maximum angle and radial displacement of deflection in connector installation process.The connector installation process is studied to ensure the installation precisely.%本文设计的卡爪式连接器是水下管道与生产设施的重要连接部件,主要由底座接头、卡爪接头和安装工具组成.针对连接器密封加载完成后需要的防松的要求,分析了连接器的防松原理,设计了接头的摩擦自锁防松和新型非螺纹防松系统.分析了连接器的角度冗余和径向冗余安装适应性,得到了连接器对接过程的最大可偏移角度和最大可偏移径向位移.针对连接器的安装过程进行了详细的研究,能够保证准确有效的完成连接器的安装.
