A continuous reuse process of orange dye wastewater was designed based on conventional physical adsorption. According to static adsorption data,SD300 resin was used as static phase and acetonitrile was used as eluent meanwhile.In optimum condition of dynamic adsorption,the penetration volume was 30BV and the saturated adsorption amount of paranitroanilinum and intermediate A reached up to 16.00mg/g and 84.05mg/g.In 1.5BV acetonitrile as eluent,column temperature 50 ℃,flow rate 0.5BV / h as regeneration condition,the regeneration efficiency can attain 90%.The adsorption-regeneration process was repeated by 5 times while the adsorption efficiency remains almost unchanged so that treated water can be recycled in orange dye production process.%基于传统物理吸附法,通过吸附去除染料废水中对硝基苯胺、中间体A等阻碍套用的剩余反应物,设计了橙色染料生产废水回用的连续过程.通过静态吸附实验,选择具有良好吸附效果的SD300树脂作为固定相填柱,并筛选乙腈作为再生溶剂.在最优条件下,测定吸附柱穿透体积为30BV,SD300树脂对废水中对硝基苯胺及中间体A的饱和吸附量为16.00mg/g和84.05mg/g.以1.5BV乙腈作为洗脱剂,柱温50℃,流速0.5BV/h作为再生条件,再生效率可达到90%以上.以最优条件重复5次吸附/再生过程,吸附柱的吸附效率仍然不变,处理后水样满足生产套用要求,可回用于橙色染料生产过程.
