化工金属承压设备常用检测方法论述

         

摘要

随着社会的不断发展,石油化工领域安全问题也越来越受人们的广泛关注。金属承压设备是石油化工领域的重要生产设备,其腐蚀磨损或裂纹直接影响生产过程的安全性,因此,为了保证设备达到设计参数和使用性能以及制造和使用的安全可靠性,对承压设备进行检测是十分必要的。本文首先对石化生产领域中金属承压设备进行概述,在了解金属承压设备基本构成的基础上对其常用检测方法进行了综述并给出了相关结论。%With the continuous development of society, the petroleum chemical industry security problems are more and more widely kept eyes on by people. Metal pressure equipment is an important production equipment in the field of petroleum chemical industry, corrosion and wear or crack directly affects the safety of the production process, therefore, in order to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment to achieve the design parameters and performance, manufacture and use of pressure equipment, detection is essential. This paper first gives an overview of the metal pressure equipment in the field of petrochemical production, based on the understanding of the basic structure of the metal pressure equipment is summarized and some conclusions are given on the common detecting methods.
