对某带搅拌器大型钢平台进行模态分析得到了前6阶模态的固有频率和振型,低阶固有频率未避开搅拌器的工作频率区域而发生共振。改进后的钢平台低阶固有频率大幅度提高,可避免共振,能够满足使用要求。为钢平台的优化设计提供了理论依据。%The natural frequencies and vibration shapes of the first six order of large steel platform with mixer are obtained from the modal analysis. Because the low order natural frequencies are in the range of working frequencies area of mixer, the resonance occurs between them. The modal analysis of improved steel platform is done, whose results show that the low natural frequencies are improved obviously and no resonance may occur. It can meet the use requirements. The theory basis for design of structural optimization is provided by analysis results.
