This paper mainly explores the infrared thermal imaging detection of the explosion-proof motor in natural gas station. Through the theoretical analysis and calculation of the heat transfer inside the motor. Summarize the law of temperature rise in motors and bearings . This paper establish the detection methods and techniques,and field tests of all kinds of explosion-proof motors are carried out. Finally,the application of infrared thermal imaging equipment detection technology in motor detection is discussed and summarized.%本文主要对天然气站场防爆电机红外热成像检测进行初步探索.通过对电机内部传热进行了理论分析计算,总结了电机与其轴承温升变化规律.建立了相应的检测方法和技术,对各型防爆电机进行实地测试,为红外热成像应用于气田防爆电动机检测的普及提供理论依据.最后,对红外热成像设备检测技术在电机检测中的应用进行了探讨总结.
