低聚季铵盐型粘土稳定剂的合成与性能评价

         

摘要

Through copolymerization using 1,2-dibromoethane and N,.N,N',N'-tetram- ethylenediamine as raw materials, a water-soluble oligomer quaternary ammonium as an An- ti-Swelling Chemical were synthesize indoors. Research shows that the best synthetic process conditions is in the reaction temperature for 70, the reaction time is 8 h conditions EDB and TMEDA press moore ratio of 1:1 after reaction after heavy crystallization production rate of 77.1. The results of experiment show that the quality score was 1%, the rate of up to 89.8 %, in the shrinkage also have very good are effect, can be as high as 50.3. And the product in the performance of lasting compared with inorganic clay stabilizer reflects the obvious superi- ority.%以1,2-二溴乙烷(EDB)和N,N,N’,N’-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为原料,在室内合成了一种水溶性低聚季铵盐型粘土稳定剂。研究表明,最佳合成工艺条件为:在反应温度为70℃,反应时间为8h的条件下EDB和TMEDA按摩尔比为1:1反应后重结晶后产率达77.1%;实验表明,在质量分数为1%时,防膨率可达到89.8%,在缩膨方面也有极好效果,最高可达50.3%;而产品在持久防膨性能方面相对于无机粘土稳定剂体现出明显的优势。
