为了解决200℃以上超高温固井降失水问题,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)和腐殖酸钠为原料,合成了一种超高温固井用降失水剂.通过水泥浆性能评价,发现其在超高温条件下有较强的控制失水能力,添加有该产品的水泥浆稠化时间可调、抗压强度发展迅速,与不同的水泥浆体系配伍性好,是一种综合性能优良的产品.%In order to solve cementing fluid loss problem with ultra-high temperature above 200 ℃, an ultra-high temperature fluid loss additive was synthesized with 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS), acrylamide(AM), acrylic acid(AA)and sodium hu-mic acid as raw material.By cement slurry performance evaluation,it has shown comprehen-sively excellent performance in respect of strong ability of fluid loss controlling in the ultra-high temperature,with adjustable thickening time,rapid development of compressive strength, and good compatibility with different cement slurry system.
