石油化工设备材料腐蚀寿命预测系统

摘要

采用概率统计原理探讨了石油化工设备材料腐蚀寿命预测的基本方法，并在IBM PCAT80386机上建立了腐蚀寿命预测系统。该系统提供数据管理、系统维护，能够方便地对设备材料腐蚀数据进行统计分析处理，进而预测材料的使用寿命。经过运行实例检验，结果与实际符合较好。%The methods of corrosion life prediction system f orpetrochemical equipment materials were investigated based on probabilistic st atistical theories.Moreover, the soft ware application has been set up on IBM PC AT 80386. This system provides data management and system maintenance functio ns. It is convenience to adopt life prediction system to process corrosion data by statistic methods and predict the service life of the equipment materials. Ac tual data from inspection of running equipment verifies the reliability of the system, and the predicted results show reasonable agreement with spot measured d ata.
