燃煤锅炉掺烧炼化干化'三泥'试验研究

摘要

为有效处理炼化企业污水处理厂大量的含油"三泥",减少其堆放、填埋及焚烧过程对环境造成的二次污染,有必要对其进行干化处理.通过对炼化干化"三泥"性质、燃煤锅炉掺烧工艺及掺烧设备的详细研究,确定了炼化"三泥"无害化处理的最佳工艺方案,较好地解决了炼化干化"三泥"粘结性强、流动性差的棘手问题.此技术的研究将为炼化"三泥"无害化、资源化处理探索出一条可行的路线.%In order for availably disposing three-sludge with oil in refinery and decreasing the serious pollution of three-sludge, the craft of disposing three-sludge harmlessly and the influence on the different systems of pulverized coal furnace when mixing three-sludge with pulverized coal were developed on the basis study of the characters of three-sludge, the mixing combustion craft and experiments.The results showed that the mixing combustion technique of pulverized coal with three-sludge in pulverized coal furnace was viable, and there were no influence on coal transportation system, pulverized system, smoke emission, the burning stabilization or the boiler's safety.So a viable craft of disposing three-sludge with oil availably and harmlessly had been researched.
