By means of macroscopical rupture analysis, materials, mechanical properties, chemical composition, metallographic structure and fracture surface SEM analysis, the fracture reason of hydrogen booster bolt was analyzed.The results showed that the anchor bolt installation misalignment and the consequent hydrogen booster machine standing vibration leaded to fatigue fracture of bolts.The presence of the core metal, non-metallic inclusions caused, cracks and other defects eventually lead to failure fracture.%从断口宏观特征、材质、力学性能、金相组织以及断口扫描电镜形貌等方面对氢气增压机螺栓的失效原因进行了分析.结果表明,地脚螺栓安装不对中以及由此引发氢气增压机机座振动大是引起地脚螺栓、连接螺栓疲劳断裂的主要原因.螺栓芯部组织不均匀、存在疏松孔洞及裂纹等缺陷使得螺栓因抗疲劳强度不足导致了失效断裂.
