连续重整装置氢气增压机活塞裂纹问题分析及解决

         

摘要

In this paper aiming at the cracking consecutive events of piston in the three sets of reforming hydrogen boosters for a re-finery 600,000 tons/year continuous reforming process, the reason was found from the aspects of compressor design and manufacture. The transformation program was pointed out, which eliminated significant risk of equipment and met the requirement of long-term safe operation of device.%针对某炼油厂60万t/a连续重整装置运行过程中,3台重整氢增压机一级活塞体连续出现开裂事件,从压缩机设计、制造两方面分析找出活塞裂纹原因,提出活塞改造方案,消除了设备重大隐患,满足了装置长周期安全运行要求.
