分别对不同超温条件下,奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头焊缝和母材的金相组织进行了分析.研究发现,超温下的焊缝组织由奥氏体+δ相铁素体逐渐向臭氏体+σ相组织转变,转变成σ相的组织使材料性能明显劣化.超温时间越长,σ相相转变越严重.利用不同时间下材料金相组织的转变可以预测材料的剩余使用寿命.%Respectively at different over-temperature conditions of austenitic stainless steel, the seam welded joints and the base metal of the microstructure were analyzed. The results indicated that organization of welding line gradually changes from the austenitic +8 of ferrite to austenitic + σ phase, σ phase generated in the organization can significantly arise deterioration of materials. The longer of overheating time, the more serious the σ phase shift.
