某装置中的乙烯压缩机6061-T6铝合金活塞在服役2a后发生了断裂失效.对材料进行的理化检验以及受力分析表明,活塞是由疲劳导致的断裂,在起裂位置处活塞的平均应力较大,铝合金活塞所受的交变应力幅值接近于Goodman疲劳强度幅值是导致活塞过早发生疲劳失效的根本原因.%The failure of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy piston of ethylene compressor was carried out. Fatigue fracture occurred on the piston after serviced only for 2 years. The analyzed result revealed that the stress amplitude is close to the Goodman fatigue strength. The stress concentration was also existent at the crack initial area. The improper design is responsible for the fatigue failure.
