SA203E（3．5Ni）钢母材热处理工艺性能

摘要

介绍了关于SA203E（3．5Ni）钢不同热处理工艺性能的试验研究。结果表明，SA203E 钢在正火（930℃空冷）＋正火（880℃水淬）＋回火（650℃空冷）＋焊后热处理（590℃炉冷）的规范下可以得到300 J 低温冲击功。%A series of researches about SA203E’s technology performances after N+T is intro-duced.Results explain that,in different instructions,mechanical properties and microstructures are different.The low temperature impact toughness of SA203E is 300 J in N (960 ℃,cooling in still air)+ N (880 ℃,accelerated cooling)+ T (650 ℃,cooling in still air)+ PWHT (590 ℃,controlled cooling).
