卧式容器内加强圈腐蚀裕量对周向应力计算的影响

摘要

When we calculate the circumferential stress of horizontal vessel with internal stiffen-er,there is no explicit criterion in the code JB/T 4731-2005 Steel Horizontal Vessels on Saddle Supports whether the corrosion allowance of internal stiffener is to be considered in the section parameter calculation such asA0 ,I0 ,e,andd.This passage illustrates that the corrosion allow-ance be considered or not will lead to obvious difference.%针对JB／T 4731-2005《钢制卧式容器》没有明确规定有内加强圈卧式容器的周向应力计算中计算加强圈与筒体组合截面的参数犃0、犐0、犲、犱时是否考虑腐蚀裕量的问题，通过分析计算说明，考虑和不考虑腐蚀裕量两种情况下，有内加强圈卧式容器周向应力的计算结果有很大不同。
