在卧式容器设计中,往往没有考虑装量系数在实际工况中的不确定性,导致地脚螺栓的计算结果可能存在问题。依据 JB/T 4731-2005《钢制卧式容器》中的计算方法,推导出了装量系数对地脚螺栓应力计算的影响,指出在地脚螺栓不合理的情况下应修改设计,在容器受外压情况下,应根据加强圈的弯制、安装的难度以及保证工作人员活动空间等实际情况合理选择内、外加强圈。%In the design of horizontal vessels,often the amount of factor loading in the actualworking conditions of uncertainty was not considered,causing the problem exiting in anchor calculation result.According to JB/T 47 3 1 -2005“Steel Horizontal Vessels on Saddle Supports”inthe method of calculating the amount of coefficients deduced loaded bolt stress calculations on theimpact that the bolt unreasonable in the circumstances should be to modify the design of the con tainer by external pressure situations,should be based stiffening ring bending,the difficulty of in stallation and ensure that staff activity space,the actual situation within a reasonable choice,outerstiffening ring.
