大型塔器直径大、设备高,需要在现场进行预制、空中组对焊接以及组对环焊缝的局部热处理,而相关标准中缺乏 Q345R 钢板的高温许用应力数据,无法对热处理环焊缝进行稳定性计算。采用恒温加载试验方法,在 SANS-CMT5305微机控制万能试验机上进行了不同厚度 Q345R 热轧钢板材料的高温力学性能试验,得出了 Q345R 在600~700℃的高温力学性能数据,包括抗拉强度、规定非比例伸长强度、断后伸长率,并且计算拟合了 Q345R 材料的许用应力,试验数据具有一定的参考价值。%Large scale tower with large diameter and long body needs to be prefabricated,with air-assembly welding and assembly welding seam local heat treatment.In standard,the allowance stress data of plate high temperature is short in Q345R,so the stability calculation for girth welds heat treatment is impossible.Constant temperature heating test is used on SANS-CMT5305 mi-cro-chip controlled universal tester to do stability calculation for Q345R hot rolled plate with dif-ferent thickness and to obtain high temperature mechanics property.Again,data of Q345R high temperature of 600 ℃ to 700 ℃ is obtained as well,including tensile strength,specified non-pro-motional tensile strength,percentage elongation after fracture,and calculate its allowance stress. The test data can be used for reference.
