注气压缩机气缸及进、排气管角焊缝裂纹原因分析

         

摘要

Finite element analysis of cylinder and fillet weld on intake and exhaust pipes was car-ried out based on the software Workbench,by which distributing characteristics of the stress caused by temperature and static load was analyzed.It was showed that piston hole in the cylin-der and fillet weld on intake pipe were the stress concentration areas of the equipment,and the stress strength of fillet weld was one order higher than that of piston hole,which meant that fillet weld was more prone to crack and damage.Furthermore,5 types of weld structure were designed and analyzed,which indicated that concave fillet weld was the best type of weld structure.%基于 Workbench软件对注气压缩机气缸及进、排气管与气缸连接处的角焊缝进行了有限元分析,模拟计算了温度及静压力共同作用下的应力分布特性。计算结果表明,气缸活塞孔及进气管与气缸连接处的角焊缝处容易出现应力集中,进、排气管角焊缝处的应力强度比活塞孔处的应力强度高出一个数量级,更易发生裂纹损坏。在此分析基础上,模拟设计了5种类型的角焊缝结构,通过有限元分析得出最佳的角焊缝结构类型为内凹型。
