降低大跨度大尺寸低温管道位移的多次补偿柔性设计

             

摘要

The potential risks in the two jetties designed for phase one of Tianjin liquefied natu-ral gas terminal during precooling and operation include the large size of cryogenic pipes and large span between them are discussed.Large displacement,leakage therefore and even stress tearing are likely to happen to the cryogenic pipe.M easures to decrease such risks,such as implicating of Z,π,and L type expand bend adopting of multi-compensation technology and improving piping rack arrangement are applied according to piping flexibility design overall requirements and utili-zing piping arrangement practical characteristics in design stage.It could be the base date for low temperature pipe design.%天津液化天然气项目一期浮式阶段采取双码头设计,2个码头之间的低温管道跨度大、尺寸大,在预冷及运行过程中低温管道存在发生大位移造成管道泄漏甚至撕裂的潜在风险.根据管道柔性设计的整体要求,在设计阶段利用管道布置的实际特点,通过合理布置管支架,综合应用Z型、π型、L型膨胀弯,采用多次补偿技术提高低温管道的整体柔性,降低管道在预冷以及运行中的风险.在实际管道预冷过程中,2个码头之间的低温管道最大位移仅100 mm,为后续扩建项目低温管道设计奠定了基础.
