大尺寸拉绳位移传感器校准方法

摘要

This paper introduces a calibration method of the large size rope displacement sensor which has a speciifc shape and large measuring range.Previous method exist some problems such as dififcult to install and complex data processing and so on. In the paper, the length measuring instrument is adopted as the measurement standard, and Excel function, least square method and linear regression analysis are used to data processing. The experimental results proved that this method is feasible and simple.%介绍一种大尺寸拉绳位移传感器的校准方法，此种位移传感器外形特异、测量范围大，对它的校准存在装卡困难、数据处理复杂等问题。本方法采用测长机做标准器，用Excel函数功能及最小二乘法线性回归分析功能进行数据处理。实验验证证明，此方法切实可行。
