催化裂化再生器应力腐蚀防护措施的研究

摘要

抚顺石化分公司石油一厂催化裂化装置再生器、三旋等设备及烟气管道，由于应力腐蚀，致使器壁和管壁产生了大量裂纹。采取在器壁和管壁涂敷憎水型硅酸盐复合绝热涂料的方法，将壁温控制在150℃左右(高于酸露点温度130℃)，消除了产生应力腐蚀的环境，防止了应力腐蚀裂纹的扩展。%The equipments of regenerator,third stage cyclone etc,and fluegas pipe of catalytic cracker in the first refinery of Fushun petrochemical company,occured a great quantity of crack on the shell wall and pipe wall caused by stress corrosion.By means of coating the water-detesting type silical compound heat-insulating material on shell wall and pipe wall,made the wall temperature controled about 150℃(higher than acid dew point temperature 130℃),removed the stress corrosion enviroment.The propagate of stress corrosion crack was prevented．
