6-BA Gibberellic Acid 3.6 Liquid HPLC Analysis Method Research

         

摘要

This paper uses the highly effective liquid phase chromatography, using methanol and formic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase, using ODS Cls, 5μm stuffing stainless steel columns and diode array detector.At 210nm wavelength of gibberellic acid 6-BA separation and quantitative analysis of. The results show that, the method of the linear correlation coefficient of gibberellic acid for 0.999 9; 6-BA was 0.998; the standard deviation of gibberellic acid for 0.01 ; 6-BA 0.02 ; the coefficient of variation of gibberellic acid for 0.46% ; 6-BA 0.30% ; gibberellic acid the average recovery rate was 97.7%; the average recovery rate was 98.7% 6-BA.%本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+甲酸水溶液为流动相,使用ODSC18、51μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器。在210nm波长下对赤霉酸·6-BA进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数赤霉酸为O.9999;6-BA为0.998;标准偏差赤霉酸为0.01;6-BA为0.02;变异系数赤霉酸为0.46%;6-BA为0.30%;赤霉酸平均回收率为97.7%;6-BA平均回收率为98.7%。
