梨及土壤中氟菌唑及其代谢物残留量的高效液相色谱分析

摘要

This paper studied the residues of triflumizole and triflumizole metabolite in pear and soil.These pesticides were extracted from samples with acetonitrile,purified by Florisil solid phase extraction cartridge,then determined by HPLC-UV.Recoveries were obtained from pear and soil ranging from94.6％ to 116.9％,the coefficients of variation ranging from 0.8％ to 4.6％,limits of detection was 0.02mg/kg.The method was fast,simple,accurate and with a good repeatability.%为系统研究氟菌唑及其代谢物在梨及土壤中的残留量,促进安全生产.采用乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土柱固相萃取,通过液相色谱-紫外检测器对梨及土壤中的氟菌唑及其代谢物残留进行测定.该分析方法的添加回收率在94.6％～ 116.9％之间,相对标准偏差在0.8％～4.6％之间,最低检出浓度为0.02mg/kg.方法简便、快速、准确度高、精密度好.
