粉丝切断刀的结构设计与有限元分析

摘要

For Vermicelli of automated production lines actual production requirements,Combined with manufacturers to provide data side;Stress curve using a Vermicelli,The actual cutting force is calculated;Ac-cording to the force requirements,preliminary design of the cutting knife Vermicelli.And using Pro/E and AN-SYS stress analysis software,verify the reasonableness of the design.%针对粉丝自动化生产线实际生产要求，结合厂家提供方的上位机数据；采用粉丝应力曲线图，计算出实际切断力；根据受力要求，初步设计出粉丝切断刀。并采用Pro／E 和ANSYS 软件进行受力分析，验证设计的合理性。
