基于 PROFIBUS-DP 通讯的减量灌装机双闭环控制

摘要

研究减量灌装机灌装控制算法，进一步提高灌装精度及速度。提出了一种基于时间反馈及重量反馈的双闭环控制算法，开发了基于 PROFIBUS －DP 通讯的全自动减量式称重灌装机控制系统，实时调整各比例因子以测试灌装精度及速度。灌装精度得到进一步提高，各灌装头一致性良好，有效地提高了灌装速度。该设备经实际应用，工作可靠，有效地提高了生产效率。%To improve the filling accuracy and filling speed,study on the filling control algorithm for re-duction filling machine.Design a novel double closed-loop control system for reduction filling machine based on PROFIBUS-DP,test filling accuracy and filling speed through time and weighting feedback.Filing speed and accuracy could be effectively improved,filling consistency could meet the requirements.The practical ap-plication shows that the equipment is reliable and high efficiency.
