PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainfall attenuation analysis system capable of analyzing the amount of the attenuation of radio waves caused by rainfall changing with time. PSOLUTION: The rainfall attenuation analysis system 3 has a rainfall intensity distribution analysis means 32, and an attenuation analysis means 34. In the rainfall intensity distribution analysis means 32, the probability distribution of rainfall intensity at every 10 minutes when the amount of rainfall for a prescribed time (one hour) becomes a prescribed value is approximated by lognormal distribution based on amount-of-rainfall data for each point for indicating the rainfall intensity at every 10 minutes observed for an observation point for generating rainfall intensity distribution data for indicating the probability distribution. In the attenuation analysis means 34, the probability distribution of the amount of attenuation of radio waves in the amount of rainfall per prescribed time is analyzed for generating amount-of-attenuation distribution data for indicating the probability distribution.
