环保型蓄冷剂的制备及包装应用

         

摘要

Objective: to prepare a kind of environment-friendly cold storage agent and apply it in packaging by taking freshly picked strawberries as the packaging object. Method: Mannitol solution and sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) solution were used as the main energy storage agents,borax and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) were selected as the nucleating agents and thickeners,respectively,and free water was added in to increase latent heat of the phase transformation of the system. The prepared cold storage agent was sealed with a film and then frozen to solidification,then after it was placed on 6 surfaces of the temperature controlled packing box,an appropriate amount of cold storage agent was filled in and placed in a 25℃ constant temperature environment,then the temperature change of the sample at different time was recorded in order to verify the cold storage effect of the prepared cold storage agent.Result:The optimum preparation formula was 6% mannitol,2%Na2CO3,2% borax and 5%CMC.The phase transformation temperature of the cold storage agent was about 5℃,at which the subcooling was small,and there was no phase separation phenomenon. The latent heat of phase transformation was 290.2 kJ/kg.Conclusion:The results show that the prepared cold storage agent has good application value.%目的:制备一种环保型蓄冷剂,并以现摘草莓为包装对象加以包装应用.方法:以甘露醇溶液与碳酸钠(Na2CO3)溶液为主储能剂,硼砂和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)分别为成核剂和增稠剂,加入游离水来提高体系的相变潜热;将制备的蓄冷剂用薄膜封口后冷冻至凝固,然后将其置于温控包装箱的6个表面后装入适量草莓,置于25℃的恒温环境中,记录试样在不同时间的温度变化,验证所制备蓄冷剂的蓄冷效果.结果:最佳制备配方为:6%甘露醇,2%Na2CO3,2%硼砂,5%CMC.该蓄冷剂相变温度在5℃左右,过冷度较小,无相分离现象,相变潜热为290.2 kJ/kg.结论:所制备蓄冷剂具有良好的实用价值.
