The Analysis of Validity in English Language Testing——A Comparison Between FCE and SQA Test in Listening

摘要

Language testing plays an important role in language education,which will reflect the efficiency of language learning di?rectly.Among the various types of language testing,this paper is to make a comparison between two proficiency tests,FCE and SQA,in listening section,analysing their validity from three aspects:the mode of delivery,texts of the test and the statements of the tasks.
