The Riddle in Emily Dickinson's Poetry

摘要

American writer Emily Dickinson(1830-1886) uses the riddle as literary form in her poetry.There are mainly three kinds of riddle:enigma,charade,and conundrum.She uses riddles in her poetry to discuss the relationship of man to nature and death.
