ESP教学与教师素质探析

摘要

With the constant improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength, more and more Chinese enterprises and Chinese products go out of the country. The exchanges and contacts between China and the world is wider and more frequent. So, ESP teaching in colleges and universities is more important. This paper analysis the concept, teaching characteristics and teach⁃ing significance of ESP, and then propose opinion about ESP teacher’s quality and role in ESP teaching.%　　随着中国综合国力的不断提升，越来越多的中国企业和中国产品走出国门，中国和世界的交流接触愈加频繁，交流的范围不断扩大，高校开展好ESP教学具有更加重要的意义。该文从ESP的概念，教学特点及教学意义等角度进行分析，对ESP教学中教师的角色和素质需要提出拙见。
