随着世界经济贸易的不断发展，评价人才的标准已经将英语的表达能力加入其中，而在英语的表达能力当中英语公共演讲能力也越来越受到了用人单位的重视。因此，为了有效培养非英语专业研究生使用英语进行公共演讲的能力，该文在对现阶段研究生英语演讲技能现状进行分析的基础之上，探讨了在英语口语能力测试评价体系中合理融入英语演讲技能考核的内容、考核的方式和效果。进而得出结论：融入了演讲技能的研究生英语口语测试评价体系不仅可以引起学生对演讲技能的重视，还可以促进学生将学习到的演讲知识和技能进行内在的转化以实现实际运用。%One of the basic requirements for talents today is the English language proficiency, and English public speaking skill, as an aspect of this proficiency, has been regarded as a priority in competitions. Therefore, in order to realize the cultivation of this skill in postgraduates’public English education, this article explores the content, the methods and the effects of integrating Eng⁃lish speaking skills in postgraduate oral test and evaluation system on the basis of analyzing students’current public speaking skills. It is concluded that such oral test and evaluation system helps postgraduates to realize the importance of speaking skills and to in⁃ternalize the knowledge and skills for practical use in future.
