基于模糊综合评判的军事装备维修费绩效管理评估

摘要

针对当前军事装备维修费绩效管理评估的不足,采用模糊综合评判法对军事装备维修费绩效管理进行评估,基于模糊综合评判原理,分析军事装备维修费绩效管理评价指标,利用专家评分法确定各个指标的隶属度,用层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,建立其评估模型,并以某部队装备维修费绩效管理水平评估为例进行研究.结果表明:该模型能准确掌握军事装备维修费绩效管理状况,找出影响绩效管理水平的差距,提高管理效率.%Aiming at the shortcomings in evaluating performance management of maintenance costs of military equipment, takes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate performance management of maintenance costs of military equipment, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle, analyzes evaluating indicators of maintenance costs of military equipment, determines grades of the indicators using the expert point system and the weight coefficients of the indicators using the method of AHP, creates the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the maintenance costs of military equipment and take some army an example is analyzed. The result indicates the model can take exactly the condition of performance management of maintenance costs of military equipment, find out the difference of the level of performance management and increase management efficiency.
