In order to get under frame of certain type rocket launcher with more reasonable structure and lighter weight, choosing marching and launching conditions of under frame as typical working conditions, topology and size optimization were carried out on under frame by using structural optimization methods. The best material distribution of under frame was obtained through topology optimization. Based on this, design under frame of beam structures. The reasonable thicknesses of chassis beam structures were acquired through size optimization. The verification results show that the performance of the optimized under frame not only meets the stiffness and strength requirements but also its weight is reduced approximately 9% than the original under frame.%为了得到结构更合理且质量更小的某型火箭炮底架,以行军和发射状态的底架作为典型工况,利用结构优化方法对底架进行拓扑优化和尺寸优化.通过拓扑优化得到底架结构的最佳材料分布,并以此为参考设计出梁结构形式的底架;通过尺寸优化得到了底架各个梁合理的梁壁厚度.验证结果表明:优化后的底架性能不仅满足刚强度要求,而且质量比原底架减轻了约9%.
