WK-35电铲斗齿表面堆焊的研究与应用

As the main excavator consumable part, the bucket teeth are frequently replaced, which is one of the main costs. To improve the wear resistance can greatly reduce the cost and labor intensity. This article analyzes the bucket teeth failure ways, and puts forward the solution and tests verification of wear-resistant surfacing welding.%斗齿作为电铲的主要易损易耗件，更换周期频繁，是电铲消耗的主要成本之一。提高耐磨性能可大幅降低成本及劳动强度。分析了斗齿失效方式，提出耐磨堆焊的解决方案及效果验证。
