A device for securing a loader bucket tooth (2 - 8) to a front edge (31) of a loader bucket (1), wherein a rear upper part (15) of the tooth, in a using position on the bucket, together with a retaining element (16) which is fastened so as to extend from an inside of a bucket plate, forms a seat (32) for receiving a securing unit (17) having two locking elements (19, 20) that are displaceable apart so as to provide a tightening action on the tooth against the front edge, and wherein the locking elements are interconnected over a resilient element 21. The seat (32) is formed in a retaining channel (18) extending essentially in parallel with said bucket plate, and the securing unit (17) includes two wedge- shaped members (24, 25) that are relatively displaceable by means of a tightening means (23) and are positioned between the locking elements (19, 20) so as to co-operate with them for providing said tightening action. The invention also concerns a loader bucket, a securing unit and a loader bucket tooth.
