三元复合驱硅质垢的形成机理及影响因素

摘要

在注三元复合液提高采收率的过程中，碱与地层中的矿物质反应，致使采出液中硅铝离子含量增高。在采出井近井地带，由于温度和压力的变化以及不同pH值、不同硬度的水混相，在井下和近井地带产生含有硅酸盐的混合垢。硅酸盐的沉淀受陈化时间、温度、硬离子、盐浓度的影响。%In the course of injecting three-component complex enhancingrecovery factary,alkali reacts with the mineral in the stratum result in the silicon aluminium ion in producing fluid content increases.Near down hole of the producing well,because of the change of temperature,pressure and different pH value,waters with different hardness mixphase,mixed scale containing silicate produces down hole near the well.The precipitation of silicate influenced by the ageing time,temperature,hard ion and concentration of salt etc.
