南疆天然气利民工程太阳能电源系统故障分析及处理

         

摘要

Solar Power System has been applied for the valve chamber/control rooms in South XinJiang Natural Gas Limin Project, voltage+24 V DC, after inverter output 220 V AC for the loads;At the initial running period,many inverter circuit in the control rooms has been burn down when the loads are connected. After on-site analysis and test, the reason confirmed to be audio PA system starting transient ( 220 V AC) lead to the inverter damages. In order to reduce the transient current impact to equipment and secure the normal running of valve chamber/control rooms, we decide to add one PA soft starter in return circuit between the inverter and the PA power, this will help to minimize the audio PA starting transient. This PA soft starter has been applied to use for 3 months and running well.%南疆天然气利民工程采用太阳能电源系统为阀室设备供电,太阳能电源系统电压等级为+24 V DC,经逆变器输出220 V AC为交流负载供电。投产初期设备带载时大部分阀室出现逆变器电路板烧毁现象,经对现场设备进行分析和测试,最终确认是220 V AC电压等级的音响功放系统在启动时瞬间冲击电流过大,导致逆变器损坏。为解决瞬间冲击电流过大导致设备损坏,最大程度节省改造费用,最小化影响阀室运行,经多方探讨和论证,决定在逆变器至功放电源的回路间增加一台功放软启动设备,以便减小音响功放启动瞬间对逆变器的电流冲击。本次提供的功放软启动设备经过在线使用三个月,运行情况良好。
