新疆油田含聚采出水微生物处理及配套工艺技术

     

摘要

In the treatment of polymer flooding produced water in Xinjiang Oilfield, ac-cording to the characteristics of the local water containing poly produced water, through the screening and combination, the special microorganisms were obtained which could degrade toxic organic pollutants in produced water efficiently. A process that gravity separation→the first stage air flotation removal of oil→the scale of the aeration→the microbial reaction→the two stage air flotation separation→filtration were obtained. Local characteristics was formed through innovation: improve the internal structure of the storage tank, increase the time to adjust the storage; added aerated pool in front of the end of the microbial pool, used metal net to descaling, while increased the oxygen content in water; optimized the capacity design of microbial reaction pool, the water temperature of the microbial reaction pool and the backwash cycle of filter were adjusted. The effluent water quality reached the standard re-quirements of the reinjection reservoir by using the methods mentioned above.%新疆油田在聚合物驱采出水处理过程中,经中试优选出微生物处理工艺。针对该油田含聚采出水的特点,筛选复配出特种微生物联合菌群,可有效降解水中有毒有害有机污染物。研究设计出重力分离→一级气浮除油→曝气降垢→微生物反应→二级气浮固液分离→过滤的采出水处理流程。该流程具有以下特点:改进调储罐内部结构,加大调储停留时间;在微生物池前端增设曝气降垢池,利用金属网拦截除垢的同时提高水中溶解氧含量;对生物池池容进行了合理设计。在生产运行过程中经过生物池曝气强度、生物池水温、过滤器反冲洗周期调整,使出水水质达到回注油藏的标准要求。
