聚合物驱用高效静态混合器内部结构优化研究

         

摘要

针对聚合物驱应用的静态混合器对聚合物溶液剪切作用降解大、混合效果差的缺点,研制了一种新型组合式静态混合器,满足了聚合物母液与稀释水混合过程的技术要求.试验结果表明:聚合物溶液的降解率随着静态混合器混合单元数目的增多而增大,混合不均匀度随着静态混合器混合单元数目的增多而减小;现场聚合物溶液流量范围在2.89~3.88 m3/h条件下,组合式静态混合器与X型静态混合器相比平均黏损降低了2.42个百分点,混合均匀度提高1.73个百分点,可以满足聚合物驱的配注要求.%Due to the shortcomings, such as large shearing degradation and poor mixing effect of the conventional static-mixer for the polymer solution, a new type of combined static mixer is developed to meet the technical demand of the mixing process for polymer mother solution and dilution water. The test results indicate that with the increase of mixing units in the static mixer, the degradation rate of polymer solution would increase and the mixing unevenness degree would decrease; when the field polymer solution flow range is 2.89~3.88 m3/h, the average viscosity loss of the combined static mixer is decreased by 2.42 % compared with the X-type static mixer, and its mixing evenness degree is in-creased by 1.73%,which can meet the allocation and distribution requirements of polymer flooding.
