对现场使用失效的2种抽油杆强化接箍试样进行宏观形貌、微观形貌、化学成分、硬度及金相组织等分析.结果表明:一种接箍的失效是由于表面强化层厚度较薄引起的;另一种接箍失效原因是表面强化层硬度低、质地疏松且存在微裂纹,强化层与基体结合不紧密,基体组织为带状组织,组织存在缺陷.%Two kinds of application sucker rod couplings failed,the corrosion failure samples were analyzed by macro-fracture, micro-fracture, chemical composition, hardness and microstructure. The results showed that one coupling' failure resulted from the thickness of the surface strengthening phase while another coupling* failure was caused by the flaws of strengthening phase and substrate microstructure. The adhesion strength between them was low and the banded structure existed defects.
